About Manisha P. Patel, Esq.

Hello, I'm Manisha P. Patel, an attorney based in Greensboro, North Carolina. With a deep-rooted passion for justice and a steadfast commitment to my clients, I've established myself as a trusted legal advocate in our community.

 My Education:

I earned my Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Elon University School of Law. During my time in law school, I immersed myself in legal studies, honing my understanding of the fundamental principles that underlie the practice of law today. Prior to law school, I attended Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in History in my four years in Blacksburg, Virginia.

 My Legal Focus:

As an attorney, I limit my practice to North Carolina family law and more specifically alternative dispute resolution, which includes collaborative family law and mediation. My extensive experience and training equip me to offer insightful guidance and skillful representation to my clients. I'm known for my meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a compassionate approach to handling even the most intricate legal matters.

 Community Involvement:

Beyond my legal practice, I'm an active member of the Greensboro community. I strongly believe in giving back, and you'll often find me participating in pro bono work, volunteering, and leading educational seminars. My commitment to making a positive impact extends well beyond the courtroom, touching the lives of individuals and families.

 My Professional Memberships:

I'm a proud member of several professional organizations, including the Greensboro Bar Association, where I serve as President-Elect, the North Carolina Bar Association, a Past-President of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, along with the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations, and the American Bar Association. These memberships not only reflect my dedication to staying current with the latest legal developments but also underscore my commitment to improving and upholding the highest standards of the legal profession.

 Client-Centric Philosophy:

At the heart of my practice is a client-centric philosophy. I understand that family-based legal challenges can be overwhelming, and my goal is to provide personalized attention to each client. By genuinely listening to your concerns and aspirations, I tailor my strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes that align with your unique needs.
