An initial consultation fee is $275. Depending on the type and complexity of your case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Flat rates are usually quoted at the time of your consultation. Our firm will keep detailed logs of the time spent on your case. We bill time in six minute increments and round to the nearest tenth of an hour when in-between them. Quarterly invoices will detail all work performed on your case and will be shared through secure online client portals. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Attorney Patel's rate is $310 per hour, Associate Attorney’s rates start at $200 per hour, and our legal assistants and paralegals have hourly rates between $60 and $100 per hour. General Retainers and Client Trust Account Deposits must be paid upfront.
